QuickInter is a multilingual assistance service that helps individuals and families communicate more easily through live phone interpretation and multilingual support services.

QI is designed for individuals and families who need multilingual communication assistance and support.
What languages does QI support?
QI currently supports Haitian Creole, French, and Spanish. More languages may become available in the future.
What services does QI provide?
QI may assist with live phone interpretation, 3-way call assistance, appointment help, basic form assistance, and document assistance.

Service scope

Does QI provide legal interpretation?
No. QI does not provide legal interpretation or legal advice.
Does QI provide medical interpretation?
No. QI does not provide medical interpretation or medical advice.
Can QI help during emergencies?
No. QI is not an emergency service. If this is an emergency, hang up and dial 911 immediately.
Does 911 provide interpreters?
Yes. 911 can provide interpreters during emergency situations.
Can QI help schedule appointments?
Yes. QI may assist customers with appointment-related communication and scheduling support.
Can QI call businesses for me?
In most situations, customers initiate the call while QI assists with communication and interpretation.

Membership & billing

How do I become a QI member?
You may contact us by phone, WhatsApp, email, or our website contact form. Enrollment is completed by phone.
How does payment work?
QI uses secure payment processing. Customers authorize monthly automatic billing during enrollment.
Do you offer family plans?
Yes. QI offers a family plan for up to 5 family members under one primary account holder.
Can family members use the same account?
Only approved family members connected to the family plan may use the account.
What happens if I need additional service usage?
Additional service options and top-ups may be available. Details are explained during enrollment.
Do unused service allowances roll over?
No. Unused allowances expire monthly.
Are refunds available?
No. All sales are final and non-refundable.
How do I cancel my membership?
Cancellation requests must be completed by phone before the next billing cycle.

What are QI business hours?
Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST. Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST. Closed on holidays.
Is my information confidential?
Yes. QI takes customer confidentiality seriously and works to protect customer information.
Can I contact QI through WhatsApp?
Yes. Customers may contact QI through WhatsApp during business hours.
Can non-members call QI?
Yes. Non-members may contact QI for enrollment information and general inquiries.
